Kia Rio 2025 Review. While 2 trim looks like better value than the 3 spec we tested, the rio still isn’t remarkable in any one single area. With 120 horsepower and a cvt, there are no fireworks when you put your foot down, but it's on par with the versa, and at least excellent fuel economy is a given.
